Adapting all starts with a little bit of intrigue. Something about a piece lures you in, excites you, unsettles or even upsets you. There is a core to a story which you want to bring to the fore.

To create a new opera takes time and resources. In February 2020 we were lucky enough to receive the funding through Crowdfunder and NatWest Back her Business to dedicate a weekend to exploring how to knit two operas, two musical worlds, two languages even - together.
